If you plan to tear up your wheat, please contact your agent before doing so. You will need an appraisal done by an adjuster, otherwise you will not qualify for a claim.

 Call your agent BEFORE you replant! You will need approval by an adjuster before you replant. 

If you cannot plant a crop, make sure to contact your agent to discuss your prevent plant options. 

 

You have 72 hours after the late planting period to turn in a Prevent Plant claim. If there is no late planting period, all prevented planted acres must be reported 72 hours after the final plant date.
